Newswatcher is now maintained by John Norstad at Northwestern, and the latest version is available at ftp.acns.nwu.edu [129.105.113.52], directory pub/newswatcher. Every effort will be made to keep the copy here on the CD current, but if it's important that you have the latest version, you'd be well advised to check the ftp site.
